Advice to sink in slowly

This set of postcards from Advice to sink in slowly based on a series of A3 posters designed by graduates for the purpose of passing on advice and inspiration to first year students. It is a welcoming gift to first year students, when they enroll. I was lucky to contribute to its volume 2.
Spent a lot of time thinking about a piece of advice I wish someone had told me as I started on my course. It should be something that might not have felt relevant straight away, but which could have sunk in and helped me out later on. Finally I fixed on "Don't be afraid" and "Finish what you start". Looking at my students I chose the last one. I've seen so many potentially excellent, but unfinished works. Hope it'll help someone to carry on.
You can buy the collection of 24 postcards with advices here.

Nina, it's not even truly mine:) I mean I'm not the one who said it for the first time. But thank you! I'm working as a tutor and looking at my students I think I know what advice they need to hear. And I see you're doing great! Checked out your blog - lovely.

Irina,
Congratulations for your work.
I was searching online when I found this postcard in another blog, then I googled your name.
I'm trying to finish every handmade work that I started. Yesterday I took your advice without knowing you yet and finished a scarf!
I loved your easter eggs and would like to learn the technic to paint them.
well, i will be here again soon!
